Current status

Online ordering and payments remain paused. The following describes the intended terms when ordering opens; a Studio preview or saved project is not an order.

Where we plan to ship

AEON SAPTA Studio intends to offer delivery in India and internationally. Actual destinations and services will depend on courier coverage and must be confirmed at checkout before payment. We cannot promise delivery to every address.

Production and dispatch

Embroidery and print decoration will be made after ordering. The intended dispatch target is the same day or next day after both payment and final artwork approval by email. This is a target, not a guaranteed delivery date. The order-specific confirmation will identify any different production timing. Dispatch means handover to the courier.

Shipping charges and delivery estimates

Shipping will be calculated at checkout based on the destination. Delivery times have not yet been fixed. Courier-based estimates will be shown before purchase once shipping is configured. Transit estimates are separate from production and dispatch timing.

International duties and taxes

Our intended international checkout model includes applicable import duties and taxes in the checkout total, so these are not intended to be a separate customer charge on delivery. This service must be configured and confirmed for the destination before payment is accepted. If a courier requests an unexpected import charge, contact Customer Care with the notice before paying it; do not assume it is approved by us.

Addresses and delivery support

Check the delivery address before final approval. Email us promptly about an address correction or delivery issue. Changes may not be possible after dispatch. For an existing order, include its reference.
