Who is responsible

Information you provide
Creating an account provides your email and account details. You may choose to save billing or delivery addresses in My Account. Messages to the studio may include your name, contact information, artwork or details about an earlier order. Please share only what is needed for your enquiry.
Google sign-in
If you choose Google sign-in, Google supplies information permitted during the sign-in process, such as your account identifier, name, email and profile image. The social-login integration may store provider identifiers, profile information and authentication tokens to link and maintain your account. AEONSAPTA does not receive your Google password. You can review connected-app permissions in your Google Account; removing Google access does not by itself delete your AEONSAPTA account.
Website activity and local storage
Hosting and security services may process your IP address, browser information, requested pages and technical logs. WordPress, WooCommerce and Google sign-in use session or authentication technologies. Saved favourites and Studio projects may use storage on your device. Clearing browser data may remove locally saved work. Downloaded project files are kept wherever you save them.
Why information is used
Information is used to provide account access, remember requested functions, answer enquiries, handle previous-order support, protect the website and meet applicable obligations. Online ordering and payments are currently paused. Account creation and design saving do not create a purchase.
Service providers and external content
The website uses Hostinger hosting, WordPress and WooCommerce, and Nextend for social login. Choosing Google sign-in connects to Google. Fonts, images or other content loaded from external services can send technical request information to those providers. Providers may process information in countries other than your own under their applicable terms and safeguards. Information sent by email is also processed by email providers.
How long information is kept
Artwork received for a completed order is normally retained for 30 days after order completion. For enquiries that do not become orders, the period is 30 days after the last enquiry contact. After that, artwork is removed from active working storage. Copies in backups or email systems may remain until their normal removal cycle; limited records may be retained where needed for a dispute or applicable obligation. This is our retention policy, not a claim that an automatic deletion system is installed. Account, transaction, consent and support records have separate retention needs. Browser-saved projects and downloaded files remain under your control.
Marketing choices and artwork privacy
Promotional emails require a separate opt-in; registering an account or placing an order does not automatically subscribe you. You can withdraw consent using an unsubscribe option where provided or by emailing Customer Care. Essential account, order and support messages are separate. Customer artwork and finished custom garments will not be shared publicly on AEONSAPTA’s website or social media.
Your choices and requests
You can update account details in My Account, control cookies in your browser and remove locally stored projects or favourites. Email aeonsapta@gmail.com to request access, correction or deletion of personal information, raise a concern or withdraw a consent where relevant. We may verify your identity and explain any information that must be retained. Applicable rights depend on your location and circumstances.
Children and sensitive information
The website is not designed to collect information from children. A parent or guardian should contact us if a child has provided personal information. Do not send identity documents, financial credentials or sensitive personal information through artwork uploads or ordinary support messages.
Security and changes
We use available website and account protections, but no online service is risk-free. Keep your credentials private. This notice may change as website features change; the updated date will be shown here. New purchasing or marketing features may require additional notices and choices before use.
Analytics and advertising
Our chosen policy is to keep optional analytics and advertising trackers disabled. They are not required to use an account or design preview. Any future change involving optional tracking will need an updated notice and appropriate choices before activation.
